I used to have tremendous respect for B&W and I understand what their R&D is trying to do here for the company to keep it on the cutting edge of home audio but....
Honestly, a sound bar? Sure, it's nice for the sake of well, aesthetics. I guess this is the ultimate for someone whose WAF (wife acceptance factor) is limited to absolutely no speakers anywhere but right in front of the TV.... otherwise....
Get me a couple of used Martin Logans (or other high end stereo speaker) and a vintage 200 watt per channel amplifier that will blow the doors off this sound bar garbage in every conceivable way.
Used Martin Logans and a vintage 200 watt ? Wake up and smell the technology ~ my computer's Acoustic Energy's will leave your simple system begging for adjustment and improvement.. If you have't yet heard this soundbar, then take the time. P.S. my main system is Maggie 20's Mcintosh 6900 Mcintosh 871 and Mcintosh MT 10. Try the B & W, you might just be surprised after a few hours or how strong a performer it is.
