The Philly systems are Comcast's bastard child. The long lost forgotten systems that they should be ashamed of (and most likely are).

I'm in the Central PA region and we had these channels added at the end of Feb. 2008. Yes about a whole year ago. While my region isn't any better (36 HD channels here), Comcast needs to work on it's channel lineup consistency, and update that archaic piece of crap on screen guide.
