"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
This is one of those lawsuits that should have never happened, but with a few notable exceptions, the FTC has been all but asleep at the wheel for the last eight years, resulting in suits like this. I doubt that it will amount to anything more than forcing the FTC to at least pretend like they're paying attention.
Now the suit itself isn't about "renting movies online" it's about "online DVD rental" and how Wal-Mart folded their operation and in turn drive business to Netflix. If they sold their online dvd rental business to Netflix then that would be fine, if not then it should be subject to some scrutiny.
