For the few who didn't pick up this highly anticipated boxed set as soon as it came out (or imported it on HD DVD long ago), you're officially out of reasons not to own Band of Brothers on Blu-ray. Featured as an Amazon Gold box deal of the day, you can save 65% from the $99.98 MSRP, but you'll have to move fast. That's a mere $5.83 per disc, you owe the boys of Easy Company at least that, don't you?

It was on sale at Besy Buy for $37.99 the week before Christmas...

Amazon had it for $37.99 at the same time as Best Buy back in December.

I picked it up on sale at best buy before Christmas and i have to say that it was the best bluray purchase i have ever made. The picture and sound was absolutely extraordinary.

Same opinion. This is BY FAR one of the best Blu-Ray purchases I've seen yet. The image quality is AMAZING in every respect.

$37 is how much these series should be costing to begin with.

The box contains a survey card to take online, be sure you take that. They ask you about pricing, what other HBO series you want to see on Blu-Ray etc. I basically put down I will buy all the shows on Blu so long as an ENTIRE SEASON doesn't cost more than $38. Who can afford to pay anymore more than that during these times?

This great. I have wanted it for some time, but didn't want to spend $65 bucks on it. For $35 plus I had a refund to apply I was able to get it for $25. Just perfect. Glad I checked the site before midnight.
