Response I got from the NASA press release contact about being able to watch this:
"Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, NASA TV is not available in HD, and this HD feed is targeted for the media to distribute on their HD channels."

Darren, which cable/satellite providers carry the NASA TV HD feed? I've never heard any mention of it before.
