I know exactly how you feel. I drive by a house with a "U-Verse watched here" sign in the yard every day. It is no more than five hundred feet away (in a straight line anyway).
I've been told that I'm looking at March or April, but I have no idea if that information is accurate. Meanwhile my Dish Network contract is over, and I either have to re-up, or go without for a couple of months. Hopefully they let you continue service without a contract, because I'm not signing another 2 year deal so that U-Verse can get here a month later.
Come to me...sweet sweet 18mbps internet. Come to daddy. Bring your friend IPTV while you are at it.
