CheckDTV.com breaks down the digital broadcasts available in your area
Building on the database that powers AntennaWeb showing people where to point for the best reception, TitanTV has launched CheckDTV.com to show just what's on the air where you are. With just a zip code or full street address you can get a complete list of all the digital channels broadcasting around you. Good idea to check that before hitting rescan to make sure you're getting everything you should, of course, we'd probably like to see updated analog shutoff dates when/if those are available for each station affected.

Well, I can get way more channels than it claims. For 34997 it gives:
25.1 WPBF-DT ABC
25.2 WPBF-DT2 ABC
34.1 WTVX-DT CW
34.2 WWHB AZT
34.3 WTCN CW
34.4 WTVX-DT4 RTN
38.1 WTCE-DT1 TBN
Even without using the external antenna, I get a decent Fox (29), NBC (5), and PBS (42) reception (two channels for Fox and NBC, three for PBS, though Fox's secondary channel, The Tube, is permanently offline)
With an external antenna, I can also get CBS and PAX/ION, plus a bunch more PTL type stations.
What a load of bollocks.
1) Copy a database
2) Create a prettier frontend than original database's site
3) ?
4) Profit!
Seriously, how is this any different from the (more robust) antennaweb?
Total fail!
No DTV stations are shown at my address and yet I get about ten different DTV channels on my large UHF antenna. This site is even more useless than antennaweb.
