What are the new HD channels for Uverse and do they cover all markets ?

They added ESPNews HD, ESPN U HD, ABC Family HD, Disney HD, and Disney XD HD. I'm pretty sure they were released nationwide, but I might be mistaken. The new channels went live this past Thursday.
