I upgraded to TurboHD last September and when I called to upgrade my 625 to a 722k and check about upgrading my 722 to a 922 a week ago, I was told no on both. I would have to wait until my two year commitment for the Turbo and 722 to elapse. I mentioned that when was called and solicited the upgrade I told them that I wanted to wait for the new gear and was told that I could upgrade what I wanted to then and go the next step in the Spring. The TSR I was speaking with recommended, in a whisper, said that I should go to eBay and buy a 722k and the 922 and that would be the only way to upgrade anytime soon.
When all the gear is out and readily available I'll call my ExecTSR and discuss the circumstance under which I upgraded, which "should" be notated in my account (since 1995 and an ex-employee) and this last call and see what happens. They usually do the right thing. Hopefully that will still hold true.
“An engineer explained to us that hundreds of ear impressions were gathered in the name of research, and while each one obviously boasted its own unique shape and size, one single characteristic remained uniform across the board: the entrance into the ear canal is not a perfect circle, it's an oval.”
