Actually the max that you can get from that is 750KBps. The stated speed is in Kilobits, not in Kilobytes (as a computer reads it).
As for this post, I would agree with the first comment. Plus they shred any torrent connection, so any hopes of getting that new Linux distro at a decent speed is near zero.
