Make any change to your service and watch how bad it gets.
Every frakking time I've done it it's resulted in 3 to 4 calls to complain of billing errors.
And in the end it's so muffed up you know you're still overpaying somewhere but it's not worth it to keep complaining, because you get nowhere.

Amazingly the 'errors' are always in Verizon's favor. On purpose? Seems so.

When I got their phone service, I noticed 11 "extra cost" fees above and beyond the quoted price for the service. When we asked about our voucher for the free TV, we kept getting the run around...

I e-mailed Penn. Verizon Prez and he e-mailed me back ASAP...they credited our account for the $200 voucher and apologized...he agreed that they didn't handle this well and they had some snafus...

I've been hearing terrible things about cable since 2000. Hopefully, Verizon can make it's way up the Hudson Valley here in N.Y so I can leave cable behind.
