Their billing system sucks...period. Make any change to your service and watch how bad it gets. Every frakking time I've done it it's resulted in 3 to 4 calls to complain of billing errors. And in the end it's so muffed up you know you're still overpaying somewhere but it's not worth it to keep complaining, because you get nowhere.
Amazingly the 'errors' are always in Verizon's favor. On purpose? Seems so.
