Also, someone needs to dissect the sound bar, half of the sound bars I see are nothing but two wimpy speakers at either end and a bunch of plastic in the middle. That model is a must buy for my bedroom system. With the inclusion of a wireless sub, Netflix streaming, and iPhone docking, it has been on my watch list since CES.

A wireless Rear speaker setup also SUCKS. They sound weak, you still have to run wires from the Box to the speakers. There are so many ways to go about running wires I'll soon be redoing my rear wires to make it look nicer by fishing the flat speaker cable I have under the carpet. Not all that hard to do. The only place I'd see the cable is going up the back wall, and since it's flat with a white background, it'll be pretty hard to see. no soundbars are not as good as true surround but what other options are there if you want to go inexpensive and dont want to run wires. Samsung makes a htib with wireless rears but it doesn't haev hdmi inputs so its out. Bose makes some nice surround simulationg deals but i dont know if they haev hdmi in and they are expensive.

soundbar ends up being the best option. I dont feel like buying a good receiver and separate speakers and running wires for a beach condo. we will watch movies there in HD but a soundbar as long as it has hdmi inputs will be good enough

will be shame if i can't get teh samsung in matching design for the samsung lec lcds with toc but if only sony was smart enough to make their soundbar with hdmi inputs and as someone said the C100 even has 3 which is pretty good considering some receivers only have 2 and there is a newer better version of that sony soundbar for a little more money, well i'm not a sony fan at all but it sounds like they are the only ones to have got the soundbars right besides yammy but the good one of theirs is really expensive.
