I bought this thing and it is a piece of junk. The sound quality was really good. However, the volume level was pathetic. We sit about 15 feet from our television when we watch movies and I was very unsatisfied with the sound level. We had the volume turned all the way up, cranked to 11, and it was hard to hear voices and stuff at times. I have to drive 2 hours to return this thing to Fry's Electronics so I am a bit annoyed.
I thought it would be a great addition to my Samsung plasma tv, which it was if only it had good sound level.
