Netgear EVA 9150 Digital Entertainer Elite unboxed, previewed, well loved
When we last got some hands-on time with Netgear's EVA9150 Digital Entertainer Elite at CES, we found it to be a pretty impressive media streamer. The aptly-titled MyDigitalEntertainer's managed to get an early unit -- packaged and everything -- and has provided ample unboxing pictures and some hands-on impressions. It's love all around, with a faster interface, extended support, and a new buffer ability that makes it a lot smoother than its predecessors. The RSS feature is functional enough, but any video podcast streams you subscribe to should be great. YouTube HD support is an added plus, but we've got no word on CinemaNow and we're admittedly a bit bummed by no Netflix. Hit up the read link for the full preview.

Um i think you have Netflix on the Brain ...
It's a Netgear ... Not Netflix : )
Which would make one wonder why a Netflix box would have no Netflix support.
Yeah - Got our hopes up. Even the permalink has Netflix on the brain.
Change the title of the article Engadget. There is NO NETFLIX.
Please change the title before my head completes the explosion process. Thank you.
Why do these "reviews" insist on forcing the viewer to page through 8-10 pages? It's RIDICULOUS! I know they want to earn advertising revenue so they can do us this service of reviewing this valuable product. But be friendly. BTW, the review site needs an update. "Tom's Hardware" of 1999 is a little long in the tooth.
looked great until I looked at the price... $430 MSRP is a about $150/200 more then what I would spend.
The folks at MyDigitalEntertainer seriously need to invest in a better camera if they are going to do unboxing reviews. The majority of the shots were crap because they were blurry.
Looking at its specs .. it doesnt even seem to support HD Audio formats , not even pass through ? Lame .. Sticking with PCH thanks : )
I think my old 1st-gen Xbox running XBMC still wins overall. The Netgear does true HD, which is nice, but it's not enough to justify the price.
