VeriFYI is not totally over the top. Lots of people have their TVs and other HDMI connected devices in entertainment systems, etc. It is not always easy to crank your neck to see if the cable is connected and when you move your components......... the HDMI cables often come loose. Installers should LOVE the CBL's (cool blue lights) on the Torrent cable. Troubleshooting on a phone call just got easier and might save them a $150 truck roll to reconnect a cable. In a world where Monster is charging double what they should for an average cable it is so great to see someone like Torrent offer customers a great solution that is worth the money. I love that the cable lights up and it'll be one of the reasons I buy it.
"In a world where Monster is charging double..." -- more like quadruple for a digital line!!! is absurd. there is no performance difference in so-called hq digital cables vs the inexpensive ones you can find on amazon for a couple bucks.
