"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
Absolutely a problem. About 70% of blu-ray discs they have sent me have had these small cracks in them since December. Never had this problem with normal DVD's. It's gotten to the point of being ridculous.
Looks to me that you are in a wast minority.
I see it, too. I suspect that it's temperature-related.
During the Winter when it was much colder (I'm in Michigan), roughly half of the discs came to me with these 1/4-inch cracks on the outside edge.
Now that it's warmed up, I don't see this anymore.
