There is not going to be a revolution with OLED, it will be a slow and painful process of slight size increases and small price drops. Samsung is shaking things up with their new LED LCD's (give people the mega-thinness they want).

Honestly, when there is a good 50" OLED for $5,000, then I will consider the technology 'ready'.

Ken

Comments on Sony to finally unveil larger-screen OLED TVs at IFA?

Why all the negativity folks?

I'm just excited to see or hear about an OLED TV that may be a decent size.

Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Darren

Comments on Sony to finally unveil larger-screen OLED TVs at IFA?

Definitely something I've been looking forward to, but it it's going to be extremely pricey in the near future.
