One week of contacting them about my Pinnacle PCTV HD PCI (800i) and still no response from them. It's very bloated and the UI is all over the shop. What really did Hauppage get from this deal?  I have tried both Hauppage and Pinnacle HD tuners and Hauppage blows Pinnacle out of the water.
