Add one more to the list. I enjoyed the Voom channels and it is sad to see what happened to them. Who knows what really was the case between Dish and Voom. According to Dish they didn't provide the amount of new programming under contract, but who knows what we don't know. All I know is I REALLY miss Monsters HD. Now that was a channel, all high def. The only place to see all 5 Planet of the Apes films in one day in high def or Frankenstein, Tarantula, Friday the 13th or the other great Hollywood classics. I'll also miss FilmFest.
What interests me about Filmfest was that they showed a large quantity of United Artists high def movies, which are owned by MGM. MGMhd has not shown them. Those include Exodus, Gentlemen Prefer Brunettes, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and many other UA classics. MGM which owns that library does not show these titles. Who knows.
I miss Voom. Any company would be very smart to bring Monsters HD back to life, even if it is a pay channel!
The Cobra Tag may help you win that losing battle, acting as a Bluetooth device that attaches to your key ring and connects to your phone, it gives you the opportunity to find the missing item if it's less than 30 feet away.
