James Cameron's Avatar game coming in stereoscopic Sensio 3D on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360
We'll admit it, we fell asleep during James Cameron's epic description of the game that will accompany his latest movie, Avatar, during E3 earlier this week, so we have no idea what it will be like. What we do know however, is that the movie is expected to be another leap forward for 3D technology, and apparently the game will be as well, now that Sensio has announced Ubisoft will deliver it in stereoscopic 3D. All that should be required is connecting one of the consoles to a Sensio-compatible TV (Panasonic's 3D Full HD Plasma Home Theater System was used to demo the game at E3, although its unclear if that was a special version) and a pair of 3D glasses.

Remember to take a 15 minute break after every 15 minutes of play or you may experience a headache.
In the event of nausea DO NOT remove glasses and call your doctor immediately.
Please keep your hands and arms inside at all time. Objects will fly at you do not be alarmed. If anything does hit you we cannot be blamed.
This looks good, but have I missed something or did you guys fall asleep when MS was demoing Natal also, because there has been virtually no mention of it here, I thought it would have been huge news being that it appears to be a revolutionary step forward in HD entertainment.
IMO, I thought it was far more impressive than the sony sex toy, or have I missed it?
Putting your petty fanboyism where it doesn't belong? Not cool.
@ DVD4ME
at least "the sony sex toy" as you put it has a release date
Fanboyism !, I was trying to make a joke with reference to the PS3 device.
Get your hand off it!
Since when does the Natal have anything directly to do with HD entertainment? Sure it's being developed by a company with the sole intent of it being used on an HD gaming system, but Natal itself is a motion sensing device, not an HD entertainment device. There is no need for it to be mentioned on engadgetHD. Engadget is a great place for it, but not necessarily here. I'm pretty sure you can game in HD without it, and you can use Natal without even having an HDTV.
The game had better have a better selling point than that.
panzer dragoon?
Hopefully there is a PC version of this game. Right now PC monitors are a step ahead of televisions when it comes to stereoscopic 3D.
