It is in the Best Buy Magnolia in Reno, NV. Picture is fine, but the silver finish...not so hot.
There are 9 cooling fans on the back.
i thought everyone was as tired of piano black as i was. i still hate pioneer for starting that trend... anyway, anyone read this review yet?:

When you take the speakers off it's only silver on the top and bottom...which looks nice and clearly makes it stand out from the now generic piano black finish.
Problem is, it looks just like the horrible silver TV's that were all the rage a few years back. Maybe it would be OK if it was wall-mounted in a home, but in the store, it looks pretty bad.
it looks really interesting (but way too expensive) so there isn't an exact version of this thin plasma but wired??
Saw one last week hidden away in the back of the magnolia section.
I have to agree with Ken, the silver finish looks horrible. (PQ doesn't though :D)
I put this TV out on display in our store. The 1" thick looks great. Silver finish is ok. But PQ is amazing. i put Dark Knight on bluray on it. and the detail was superb. Deep deep blacks. Rf remote is nice. for best wireless signal results, have the 2 sending units facing each other. We had them facing the same way. and it worked 95% of the time. but then again. we have tonnes of wireless devices going on in our store. so i'm impressed with how well it worked.
I hate silver TV'S
I like the silver alu finish and I hate piano black TV´s! Kudos to Panasonic!
I'm not digging the silver very much. I prefer as simple a bezel as possible. No crazy shapes, curves, or protrusions (that's what I didn't like about the TH-58PZ850U ). Black would be my first choice, matte or piano finish, square corners, and as little width is necessary to contain the electronics. The screen should be what draws attention not the frame.
Wireless, good! Plasma, not so good. And $6000!? I wouldn't get this heat-sink for $600! Nope, it's LCD and LED going forward. Plasma and DLP are on the skids.
Some of the new LCD's are great ... esp. from Samsung. That is, if you view sitting dead center of the screen. As you move of axis more and more the picture quality decreases more and more. Also, don't kid yourself, plasmas are going to be around a long time.
