It's awkward and heavy (even if you don't wear glasses to begin with). I can't imagine using it for more than 20 minutes. Even the 10 minutes demo feels too long to wear those heavy glasses.

I wish they just use passive system (circular polarizer a'la the ones used for comercial theatres). It's already proven to work and it's cheaper to buy the glasses (about $10 as opposed $100+ for LCD Shutter Glasses system)

David Susilo

Comments on Panasonic Full HD 3D experience eyes-on

Who is "James Cameron"?
- Ben

Dana

Comments on Panasonic Full HD 3D experience eyes-on

I want to see what the quality is like on these. Ive seen every recent 3d movie in the theatres and they have all been a huge let down. Best of the bunch has been My bloody Valentine, but even then, the picture quality takes a huge hit when you put those crazy glasses on. Im not willing to sacrifice PQ for a gimmick.

Fargus

Comments on Panasonic Full HD 3D experience eyes-on

Really?
