I think I'll give "Modern Family" a try.
That's about it.
Modern Family was very funny. I liked it.
I saw the Modern Family pilot.
Outside of Ed O'Neill and Ty Burrell, I just didn't like it.
Maybe you have to love reality shows to enjoy it (which I don't), but it just seemed kinda cliched and predictable in many ways. It's only the pilot, so things could get better.
I hated the shaky cam. They shouldn't force shaking to simulate shaking, it does it naturally.
They need to take a closer look at The Office ... it works sooo much better.
Are they seriously trying to make every show either a reality show or a fake reality show? Modern Family would've worked much better as a take off of Parenthood.
"Mercy" is at 8pm, and "Law & Order: SVU" is at 9pm, on NBC tonight. "Law & Order" doesn't return until next Friday, as far as I can tell.
Engadget, please post this daily item earlier in the day. I think a lot of people read this blog while they are at work so by the time you post this most of us have already gone home and don't see this entry until the next day, the day after the shows have run, which is exactly no help at all. Posting it several hours earlier will make the post more relevant.
Thanks!
Works fine for me on the West Coast. ;)
