1. The state and speed of broadband in the UK. Even if it uses the adaptive bit rate technology showcased via M$'s Silverlight recently, I can see myself watching something akin to Mr Blurycam.
2. The list of channels available via Sky Player (which this service will mirror no doubt) is limited.
