The best HD sports on TV this week
Oh how we love it when there's a big College Football game on a Thursday night, it really is the best way to kick off the weekend -- albeit a day early. This Thursday's game in Tampa is versus two top ranked teams in the country who are both undefeated and in the same conference. But that still might not be the biggest game of the week as there are actually three other matchups against ranked opponents. The NFL season is more than under way with the bye weeks started and this week two of the remaining undefeated teams meet on Sunday when the second ranked offense in the NFL, New York Giants, meets the 3rd ranked offense in the way of the New Orleans Saints.

What about No.4 Virginia Tech vs No.19 Georgia Tech on ESPN2 at 6pm EST
Good call, I added it.
You are also forgetting No.2 Alabama vs. No.22 South Carolina on ESPNHD 7:45pm Sat.
Isn't that going to be a blowout? Alabama is just too good for South Carolina this year.
Still not mention of the Red Zone Channel, which is better than all of the options above combined.
Whats this NHL thing you speak of? I think I saw that on ESPN classic one time...
Only the sport with the most knowledgeable fan base and the most exciting sport to watch.
Besides, ESPN doesn't push it anymore because ESPN has no rights to hockey games (thanks bettman /sarcasm). That's why for every minute of hockey they show they air 5 minutes of Nascar, 15 of baseball, and 30 of football. So go trash on another league.
And the smallest fan base who can't even watch their own sport on a lot of cable networks.
Though it makes me sad that the Bears are probably going to lose, I will definitely be watching that game.
You guys finally got one right:
Daaaa Bears!
Error alert: It's actually Texas at Oklahoma, not Oklahoma at Texas.
My bad. The game is being played in Dallas, TX rather than Austin, TX. So it's not really a home game for either team.
Vikings - Ravens game is moved to 4:15 EST

You're right, however this is the Vikings vs Ravens, which is still set for a 1:00pm start.
Hook em Horns!
I LOVE how you don't bold NHL! Grrrr
