Hello:

A continuous battle is given between broadcasting communities which are now so popular and YouTube is now trying to achieve even better video quality to stay in front of the other competitors like Hulu. Facebook is moving fast also with it's viral power and recently closed a partnership with a streaming company. YouTube said they will go back and re-encode all previous videos uploaded at that resolution. They are not the first company to achieve that as previous releases have been already tested and released a few months ago. Indeed as Jeff previously commented I am curious how they will solve the buffering issues because I'm losing a lot of time trying to view a video encoded at that standard.
