I am not liking "V" so far.
It's pretty cliched. Maybe it will get better, but so far ... it's rather ho-hum.
The original mini-series was good, but I was a child back then.
Anyone like "The Prisoner"?
I missed it due to football and animation domination.
I stopped watching V after the pilot, and hav recently removed FlashForward from the DVR as well
FlashForward is on my TV in the background while I do other things. I try and hope that these shows get better because they are still far better than reality shows.
Most shows are better in the second half of the first season and better still in the second season ... if they make it that far.
I can't believe ABC removed a great show "Pushing Daisies" and now they have less than stellar shows V, FlashForward, The Forgotten, and Eastwick. Those shows will probably be canceled due to poor ratings which is due to poor writing.
I'm really liking Fringe a lot more now.
It's almost as if JJ Abrams has to help create every show.
V ... again, wasn't good. It was predictable and kinda boring. Nothing really happened. It almost seemed like the show belongs on CBS where every show is basically the same.
I'll watch the fourth and final episode of 2009 and perhaps the first episode of next year. After that, I'm probably gonna have to hear someone say ... "It's gotten a lot better." in order for me to return.
I don't see it making it to season 2 unless the show improves.
I record V just to watch in the background. I find that Tuesday is a bust for TV in my opinion, so I watch what ever netflix sent me.
