They don't carry any of the Sky HD channels, which Sky understandably keep to their own Sky+ HD box. If you've seen the competition out there, they're a decade behind. If it works, what is there to fix? The hardware is overpriced for what you get.  The monthly subscription fee is way too high, yet offers little in return.  The UI is archaic at best.  While it's nice they offer regular software updates, they don't tackle the easy low lying fruit.  <br><br>Why can't I see what's recording in the program guide?  Tivo's been around for how long and they still don't do this?  My old ReplayTV had this feature.  <br><br>With the UI they've had forever, why are they only NOW getting around to developing some sort of wireless keyboard interface?<br><br>How about more modern hardware?
