Yes, I'm confused about this fan. It's in a very odd place. I would definitely like more details.

I'm also concerned about the noise of this. The fan blows air between the two boards and is optional if you the case has enough ventilation. I agree. I'm not sure why they would have switched from the full size connection they were showing before.
