Samsung BD-C6500 & BD-C5500 Blu-ray players now shipping
Can't wait to get your hands on some of Samsung's 2010 lineup of Blu-ray players? The BD-C5500 and BD-C6500 are both currently available and shipping on Amazon for $199 and $299, respectively. Both share a slim 39mm profile, although only the BD-C6500 has a promised 15-second boot time and access to the updated version Internet@TV including Samsung Apps. Our wait for the sunroof sporting BD-C6900 3D capable model continues.
Update: We checked with Samsung and confirmed all models in the 2010 lineup feature Internet@TV and Samsung Apps access, though if you're impatient and hate waiting you'll have to get in the BD-C6500 (above) and not the BD-C5500 (pictured after the break.)

Anybody got a good reason to buy one of these instead of a BD-P3600 on clearance?
@gilsans Yeah, i'm in the same boat, I almost bought the BD-P3600 when I saw this article.
Just bought the BDC6500 2 weeks ago.. I love it !
I saw the 5500 at Costco for $160 but I figured another $60 is well worth it for the wireless.
Load time is fast ..Quality on my Samsung LN-T5265F is great. The anynet interaction between the 2 Samsung product is a great convenience feature.
I love using the the apps like PicasaWeb, Youtube & Netflix. Now I can see my web pictures by simply turning on my TV & blue ray player. The Netflix streaming through the wireless was terrific..it's just like you are watching from an inserted disc.
Can't wait for more apps like a webchat with cameras.

Built-in wireless a selling point perhaps?
Also newer players generally are quicker and use less power.
Also its smaller:
16.9"(W)" x 1.7" (H) x 8.8" (D)
vs BD-P3600
17.32" x 2.17" x 9.84"
