How did you get the cablecard guy to install/activate the Ceton? I anticipate that to be my biggest challenge awaiting the HTPC/Ceton solution. My plan is to just tell them it is a Tivo and see what happens.

Comcast insists on doing a truck roll and having the tech do the install.
