Blu-ray releases on July 27th 2010
Love it or hate it the top title this week is the modern remake of Clash of the Titans. And if you are worried about more fake 3D, don't, this Blu-ray Discs has lots of features, but one of them isn't 3D. But even if this one isn't for you there are still a few others worth a look like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, or maybe enjoy the extended cut of Rambo, with an extra 15 minutes of .50 action. If none of that appeals to you, then maybe you'd like Fanboys?Clash of the Titans (2010) (Warner)

Fanboys! Oh fuck yeah. Best ending line to that movie there could have ever been.
"What if it sucks."
HAHAHAHAHA.
I picked up Batman: Under The Red Hood yesterday. It's spectacular, and the voice acting is on point.
I'm going to have to check out Stephen Fry in America. I caught it on cable and it'd look amazing in 1080p.

Yay batman!
I picked up the extended cut of John Rambo yesterday and its a much better film than the theatrical cut. Stallone didn't add anymore mayhem and gore (in fact a few of the more unsavory moments were slightly trimmed) but he added some alternate takes and some nice dialogue scenes. The tone of the film is much more somber and reminds me more of First Blood, which is a good thing. If you liked the theatrical cut, I highly recommend it.
