I disagree with your comment at the 39 minute mark Ben. New televisions are expensive Ben, I can afford a new television, but that doesn't mean that I'm going to go out and purchase one just because. Not to mention, there are 15,000,000 people our of work and it's going to take years to replace those once good-paying salaries. I felt disrepected by your comments man. I will respect you, but I don't have to agree with you.
A TV is and always will be a luxury item. I have personally been affected by the economic situation and while I'd love to replace my 3 year old HDTV with a new 3DTV, I can't. That doesn't mean that cost is an inhibitor for 3DTV any more than it was for HD last year. Owning a new TV obviously makes it difficult for people to justify throwing it out for 3D, but no one said 3D would take over the world over night. It'll take years.
@BenD Point taken and I respect that Ben. Sorry you have been affected in some economic way. Thanks for the reply and keep up the good work with the podcast.
