To be fair, I should mention that this is the first ever Blu-Ray that I've had this problem with, and I've never had a Blu-Ray that even had a scratch. Blu-Ray is an excellent physical format as far as I'm concerned.

I actually have this exact problem right now. Little crack around the edge.

Reported it about 2 hours ago; thankfully I could watch something else via Instant or I would have been seriously pissed.
