I'd use it to look at porn. At least I'm being honest.
Nintendo better come out with a bad-ass game for Wii. I'm tired of all this gimicky stuff.
Is there any site that lets you know if your market is on DirecTv's HD local channel horizon? I live in Jackson, MS and am from Midland TX. I'm kinda pissed that a rinky dink town like Midland got HD locals before Jackson, MS.

Attention Directv: HD locals in Jackson MS please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guess I'll give it a shot.
In regards to future tethering, are there stripped down (mobile-like) versions of browsers that I can load on my laptop? If I'm using my iPhone as my internet connection, then I don't necessarily want the entire internet experience, i.e. I won't be going to video intensive websites.

If there is a "lite" browser, could someone recommend a good one? Or do I simply need to shut down a lot of settings on IE or Chrome?

Thanks.
Economy fix: Free beer for all!!!!!
Does anyone else think that there could be a re-design of the home screen or of it's layout? I'd like some options--maybe be able to download different icons, arrange in a different pattern, etc. Just some easy visual stuff.

Everyone just pick one feature that they wish for.

Mine is push Gmail, or just overall push.
I am actually considering this laptop or the new baseline Macbook. But I think I've decided on this since I was wanting 3GB RAM and a larger hard drive any ways. I'm a PC guy but have an iPhone and was considering making the switch. Especially since this computer is really just for photo/music/video storage. Probably won't be doing any work-related stuff with it.

My only concern is build quality/customer service. I've had Dell before and their build quality/CS used to be really good but I've read that it's gone down while other companies, like Toshiba, have gone up.

Has anyone purchased a Toshiba laptop in that last year or two that can offer advice/opinions?

"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
