Can't even remember it has been at least a couple of years. Haven't stopped reading since. You guys trump those other video game sites.
I have to say reading that first paragraph I was like what the _____. What crazy doctor came out with this study? I was also ready to tear him apart in the comments till I read the second paragraph I was like oh yea... lol
I have had a vest for a while - it goes up to a 100lbs very good to have for work outs - obviously i wouldn't wear a 100lbs to go walking that is too much of a strain on the back and other areas.
I am curious to know as to whether or not this falls true if say you do cardio in the morning and resistance training in the evening.
I also work out at home, but if you find yourself unwilling to leave the house to work out at the gym why not just do some intense calisthenic exercises? Weights and cardio isn't the only way to work out. I have a whole routine dedicated to calisthenics once or twice a week.
Have you tried doing the HIIT training? That, in my opinion, should be included every now and then in a cardio workout.
Do my cardio in the mornings around like 6:45 and do my weight lifting when I come home from work around 6. Found this schedule to be the most effective for me.
Old stereo (cassette player only)

1 - Core 2 duo processor 2.4
2 - 7950gx2
3 - 2 gigs of ram
4 - almost 900 gigs of hard drive space (a tad excessive)
5 - and then ur basic essentials sound card dvd cd drive etc.

so... why am i shooting for this ? Because had a hard drive die on me, motherboard needs to be replaced also I believe my vid card is giving out... just about to say screw it and upgrade everything and then I saw this. The answer to my prayers.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
