Great write-up, Jonny... well done... and I'm SO VERY jealous :)
I took a web survey several weeks back asking about NetFlix being offered on the Wii. It sounded like you would pay a one time fee for a CD you'd put in the Wii every time you wanted to watch something on NetFlix. As I already have an Xbox 360 as well I wasn't very interested in it, but for people that just have a Wii, sounds like it is coming in one form or another.
Gearbox is local to me here in the Dallas area. I've been in to play a version several weeks back as part of their Focus Testing. So I can confirm they are working on it. I was able to play for about 90 minutes or so on the Xbox360. A lot of the voice work wasn't in the game yet, etc. They said it wasn't even to Alpha stage yet.... but I signed a NDA, so I can't tell details...
... he's not gonna fit in there. Right now he's trying to decide whether to finance that seat belt extender...
At first I was curious how the bigger engine had less torque, but then I read the details in the press release and the bigger engine does in fact have more torque.... I guess the AB conversions were off a little.... :)

As for this coming to the US, anything would be good at this point. I had an '04 Ranger 4x4 and loved it, just needed something bigger after I had it a few years. I hope the Ranger can live on.....
Hahahaha... Best comment yet :)
I personally think the man-step commercial is funny, but at the same time, I wouldn't mind having one on my truck. Before my current F250, I had a '05 F150. I'm about 6'4, and reaching items in the middle of the bed were not easy, mainly because the sides of the bed are high, and the truck isn't exactly low to the ground. My F250 is more of the same. While I love the storage space in the bed of the truck, any truck, it's not always easy to climb up there. Have people climbed up there anyway for the past 100 years, of course. Can it made to be easier? Sure.
I'm waiting for Ford to come out with a commercial that shows that same guy in the Chevy commercial climbing down off the tailgate of a Chevy in a way no normal person would do it. I've used the step on a new F250 at the dealer and it was easy enough to use, I didn't look like that guy in the commercial. Is it NEEDED? No.... will some people pay for it because it makes it easier to get in and out of the truck bed? Sure.
But the commercial is still funny. Every car maker's commercials try to point out very specific things they can claim to be the best at. In the end, its what the individual consumer wants and will be willing to pay for.
My 2 pesos.
Sweet prize... all take 'em :)
Ooh ooh! Pick me, pick me! :)

"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
