What's hunter monster?
There really is something very wrong with this game. Hunting animals on the verge of extinction (at the moment, thinking about tigers)... Leaves a bad taste. Gimme any game where you shoot humans rather than this!
Greg: 1080i is not half the resolution of 720p. Once again you are wrong. The difference is that 1080i is interlaced; quite the difference compared to half the resolution. If you have 1080i in 50Hz and display it on a regular TV it is deinterlaced into 25Hz which gives you 1080p but at 25Hz.
Greg: Of course component can handle 1080p. Though, on the Xbox 360, if you use component you won't get 1080p upscaling. You will get it with VGA or HDMI though.

And what is the BS about HDMI. My 360, my HD DVD, my PS3, my Popcorn Hour and my Digital Set box all use HDMI to my TV. In addition I use a 3 in-2 out HDMI switch so I also can watch everything easily on my projector. Through HDMI.

HDMI is the best thing on the market at the moment, so your comments are not really valid.
Bla bla bla bla.

"You will start seeing capabilities that hd-dvd could never have."

That is just a load of bullcrap.

Of course there will new capabilities; owning a Blu-ray player will soon be like owning a PC. Every two years you have to upgrade it to be able to take part of new features in movies (PC = games).
Btw, what is HD-DVD? Another format? I knew HD DVD had given up but I did not know of HD-DVD.
You are tiresome.

I guess you are afraid of losing traffic to the site now that you don't have flame wars going on. Revenues going down!
Ben, you are amazing:

"As HD DVD approached the BDA to join forces and demanded too many changes to the Blu-ray disc format, the BDA told them to pound sand."

Ben says:
"We don't really know very much, in fact what I mentioned is hearsay."

We always suspected what kind of journalist you were; now we indeed know. Tragic.
Best comment ever.
WHAT? You got to be joking? Is HD DVD dead???
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
