I was with SkyHD for a year since day 1 and was very happy to get away from Sky altogether when my contract expired.

The premium of £10 is not justified due to very, very low HD content. Add to that the expensive box and a 12 month contract and it turns out to be an expensive deal.

Freesat (www.freesat.co.uk) is coming and it is promising HD as well. I wouldn't be surprised if this creates competition to Sky and we'll see prices coming down even further!
I am a honest seller and my activity on ebay is around 75% purchasing.

This suggestion would be ideal for me as I always make sure the buyer is satisfied but often find myself not so happy with a purchase but opt not to leave feedback and risking tarnishing my 100% feedback.

The option of blind feedbacks mentioned above is pretty good too.
Zonbu PC would be nice
Have a look at G8 1080p Pinoneer plasmas. Without question better quality than LCD but it costs.

All this talk about scaling back on Plasma production is because they can not compete on price with LCDs and for the average consumer LCD is "flat enough".

So many of them connect their Composite video to their LCD anyways and would not notice the difference in PQ in a plasma.
Easy tiger,

"This device, *if* it works, will be amazing" (my emphasis) hits it on the head.

I agree that the Anoto system is expensive but it is being used professionally in a wide verity of fields (construction, medicine, e-commerce, postal order, magazines and many more)... and their support is excellent.
Acoustic waves? I'd stick to something tried and tested like Anoto (http://www.anoto.com/).
Meh, just another act of desperation from the HD DVD camp!
Good reply, what matters in the end is the perceived improvement in picture and sound quality.

I have been listening to DD5.1 and DTS for the last 4 years and didn't think digital audio could get much better but you've made me curious.

Upgrading to 1080 PDP and PS3 soon...
With the current poor state of the UK broadband offerings and the trend of introducing more and more restrictive download limits, I am curious to see how we are supposed to consume this always talked about IPTV.
Ditto about built in GPS. If N82 turns out to be real I might be switching to Nokia after 5 years of SE love.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
