This happened to me around Christmas. My power adapter was about a year old, and it just, melted. Thankfully, the MacBook was alright, and Apple replaced it on the spot. (Which was a good thing, 'cause I was leaving the country the next day..)

Saw one of these last night at Wal-Mart. They are definitely out there. I guess all the 20gb's are gone?

Finally! I too am sick of those Comcast ads. We NEED some competition in Memphis. I'll be all over U-Verse, if I can get it.

Even though we are officially Comcast in Memphis, it still feels like we are Time Warner Cable. They haven't added ANY new VOD since the switch. NONE. We don't have Channel 1 On Demand, even though they are always advertising it. Channel 1 for us is just PPV SD.

All we have for on demand is a bunch of crappy channel specific VOD channels that barely have anything. We have ZERO HD On Demand options (except PPV), even though if you go to the Comcast website, they advertise all this stuff like it is available to us.

They are just flat out lying to us. And I'm sick of it.

We are getting Disney HD and ABC Family HD, plus Logo, on May 22nd in Memphis, TN. We are losing a bunch of West Coast HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC and Starz channels, including HBO West HD, though, plus Oxygen and WE are moving from Analog to Digital.

I wish they could add Science HD and a couple more, though...

I think that the major hurdle up until now with Survivor in HD has been cost. Mark Burnett mentioned this a few years ago when he was asked if they were ever going to go HD. (If I remember correctly, he said they couldn't ever do it because of cost.) I mean, think about it. They have to record almost 24/7 for 39 days. That's a LOT of footage to produce....
