MediaCom central Iowa sucks beyond belief. Not only hae they introed Pace boxes that just barely work, but they have overcompressed everything. 2-78 digital tiling and breaking up in any action scene; HD showing artifacts, stuttering, tiling etc.

And that's just the video.

The audio also sucks.

Suck! Suck!! Suck!!

And they don't seem to care.

Mediacom just turned on 832 TBA, 835 TNT HD, 836 TBS HD, and 837 CNN HD in Ames, IA.

832 is just color bars for the moment.
836 TBS HD's intro is stretched 3x4 content, Home Improvement. That's less than stellar.

Why don't they ask their subscribers what we want? That's apparently too hard for them to figure out.

Where are my favorites? Without them, I'll continue to use the outdated but still somewhat functional AOL client for the Mac.

"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
