PS3 might not have great sales if you compare it to other consoles.

But, having sold more than 3.5 millions worldwide, 1.5 of those in the US,
even if you counted only a 20% of them as Blu-Ray players, it will outsold the HD-DVD.

60 years since and still collecting royalties for those songs ?

RIAA sure knows how to make money :)

From the firmware 1.8 and above, the PS3 can use the DLNA
to connect to a PC and listen to songs, view photos and play videos,
without re-encoding them.
[They're transcoded on the fly in the PC]

You just need a DLNA server, some of them you can get it for free:
- The Windows Media Player 11 has a server included.
- TVERSITY (http://www.tversity.com/home)

Here's a guide to configure the PC and the PS3 to use DLNA

"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
