If the VIZIO (VIA) Internet Apps can be updated and it doesn't burden you with additional cost, you may be pleasantly surprised.
VIZIO, Inc. is a U.S. corporation based in Irvine, CA.
Here is the real news.

As previously announced by the brand, the Sherwood BDP-5003 will be available in mid-November.

The Sherwood Newcastle BDP-6003 has been been reconfigured to take advantage of falling prices for Blu-ray sub-assemblies and will be available in Q1, 2009.

Hope for $499.99 on these fully-featured BR players.
To "hear" more about what SRS can do with playback from a PC or MAC go to http://www.srslabs.com/consumers/store.asp to download a free trial of their SRS Audio Sandbox or iWOW 2 plug-in for iTunes.

Plus in the iWOW version their is a cool "Movie Mode" that simulates what CS Headphone can do.
VIZIO does not make Blu-ray or HD DVD players.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
