AAAAHAHAHAHA... wow, at first glance, thought that said "bedroom near you"... though this whole concept COULD have new applications in a bedroom setting. Sorry, the misread got me thinking in the wrong direction.
"The point" is that AT&T's network frankly sucks. Anyone who's used it or knows someone who has either in remotely regional areas, close to a building downtown, or even inside their house knows it, including AT&T. So a lawsuit trying to argue that they are misleading customers by implying that they will have problems with speed or connection is more than a little off base.
Wonder how many people will be driving across timezones to try and nab one an hour earlier.... or perhaps the other way so they dont have to get up so early.
No caching? No problem. Best part about this phone is it's on Verizon. Haven't dropped a call for a long time.

Far cry from my poor sister who I can never get in touch with cause she has to leave her house to get reception on her iPhone.
Depends on how far you can throw it.
I just love that Apple started their explanation of Snow Leopard by bashing that the new Windows 7 is just a retooled version of Vista.... and then announced a retooled version of their own OS.

Having used both windows vista and windows 7 extensively, I would love to hear his specific examples to back up his blanket criticism. And just because you say "We kept it the same cause we love it so much" doesn't mean you aren't being a total hypocrite by bashing Windows 7 and announcing Snow Leopard in the same breath. This whole keynote was smoke and mirrors.
Here's an idea to boost the economy, Apple moves IPod construction from China to the USA.... There's a REAL "Genius" for ya Apple. But I do want an IPod.
One year and two months after I got a 360 Elite, mine actually had visual errors (reduced color count - looked like windows safe mode - followed by random squiggly lines on a completely black screen) but did not get the single quadrant light. Microsoft refused to fix it unless I paid $100 - and even then they quoted the fix would take "a few months". I refused to give them another dime since my box had been well taken care of.

Finally, and thankfully, after months of turning it off and on and it working for a couple minutes for 1 try out of 10, it skipped the single light and went straight into RROD. I shipped it to Microsoft and it was fixed in less than a week.

I'm just annoyed that they refuse to admit that the RROD is not the only problem with their poorly constructed console. The fact that any other problem would cost $100 and take "months" to fix because of the priority given to RROD customers is ridiculous.
Anyone else find it ironic that the headline 2 prior to this one reads "Playstation Network has 'few limitations'" ?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
