Well, I see how this can help cable and satellite but we're kinda out of luck on the over the air stuff as ATSC uses mpeg. Bummer.
And these batteries can only be charged using "Sony Approved" electricity
And thats how x.264 should not be used. Not to mention flac, mov, m4v.... should I go on?

UI - Media Center > SageTV
Usability - Media Center = SageTV
Format Support - SageTV >> Media Center

Its a tie... I personally would love to see SageTV get its act together with a UI. With soooo much available in XMBC, I find their "whats wrong with the current UI?" attitude rather insulting.
Interesting... It looks like it doesn't support multi casting but its a start. Good job MS! (minus the misleading part about the cable TV)
Inexpensive TV Tuner to watch cable TV? Educational Tutorial Fail.

And what the hell is "Play to" capable device?
@Strap

What bluetooth headphones did you try it on? Having same issue...

And where the hell is the meebo app?!
They toot their horn about how many apps they sold about as many as there are apps... ugh. enough already!
I've used both, the analog input and the optical input. I think the cutting out is because of the wireless technology because the subwoofer placement makes it better or worse. The person lives in a condo and there are a ton of wireless networks, all of which are probably using the 2.4Ghz spectrum, just like the link of this subwoofer. It probably doesn't help that there is a wireless router near it too...
A friend of mine has this thing and the subwoofer and sound bar loose connection ever so often and it is annoying as heck. Not to mention that the fan in the subwoofer has a weird hum and gets annoying in quiet parts. I am not impressed, especially because of the price tag.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
