no offense, well yes i am offending, I hate people like you who rip movies, brag about it, screwing people who work hard on movies and not getting the movie they deserve.
1st... if you did buy this movie i hope you got the wal-mart version because they are the only ones to have the IMAX versions, yeah its not much but it is better.
2nd... I also agree that their are other movies with better sound and picture with better plots, like every Pixar movie made, Casino Royale, the first Transformers movie, I even like the Pirates movies, maybe not the 3rd one.
You are right EM1, not into the epic blockbusters that studios churn out every year. Studios every year churn out epic motion pictures that win Best Picture at the academy awards and win numerous other awards, and are considered some of the greatest movies of all time. That happens often.
As for historical accuracy, thats why these are called motion pictures, real stories are told in biographies.
I was wanting one for a gaming system, but then realized that the amount of games and time spent on the 360, that its not logical to by the ps3.
Now as a blu-ray player alone, thats a pretty expensive player when now the average price is 199.
But I would tell anyone who does not have a gaming console and needs a blu-ray player that the ps3 is your best choice if you see yourself gaming someday.
I agree somewhat with Big. You just could of said it nicer. I would rather have felons playing football and working than sitting at home collecting taxpayers dollars, doing nothing (maybe causing more trouble).
And no offense, people need to stop getting pissed at one another, and respect opinions.
I love my NFL. Was at the 49er vs. Broncos game, nothing like Football Season. Fantasy Football, Football Pools, Betting, Tailgating. Watching your team on the road in HD. Love it.
Now I just need a quarterback and for Crabtree to freakin sign.
100% disagree tick. NFL needs to be careful. I know its king and god of sports. But die hard fans also need their money. NFL network Thursday night games have already showed that people wont spend money to watch a game on Thursday. NFL is not stupid and wont leave networks, its their number one show and the NFL's cash cow for life.
Just ask ABC how much they should of kept Monday Night Football and how much worse the ratings are on ESPN.
I think if its not HD, then don't put it on HD channels. Isn't it false advertising???
Some of the HD channels look like they have beer goggles on and then sitting 6 inches away from the screen. Its true HD.
Honestly, to me its just wierd that I could watch a beautiful NFL, MLB, Golf event in 1080 and then get stuck watching the next tv show which makes millions for the company in crap SD stretch, crop, 4x3 junk. I don't even think a show should be allowed to be nominated for an Emmy if you are not in True HD. Do you guys get that... I'm talkin to you NBC, CBS, Fox, ABC, TNT, TBS, Spike, Comedy... wait this could take all year.
"I need help! I want a small pocket camcorder but I'm not sure which one to get. I don't want to fall into the hype of the Flip because I worry two hours won't be enough. What should I be looking for when considering a small camcorder and where can I get a good quality one with expandable memory? Thanks!"
