I dont know if theres much use for a device like this because smart phones are becoming more and more capable by the day or at least have the potential if not for phone carriers.
@ChazClout
That comment made me laugh! That might be a realistic review of a "dead" i7 iMac. These Mac fanatics seem so blind sometimes when it comes to Apple products. That might be how they would respond when Apple products just dont work.
The price is right and i do have an iPod touch. But I still need the cradle so i guess I will just wait for them to price that before I jump for joy. I need a Navigation and I will get one by Christmas.

Reasonably priced electronics...what a concept.
Yes all the other smart phones are $599 too but they always have a subsidized option available with a carrier or two. SE has yet to have a subsidized smart phone in the US and thats why it sucks that this phone will cost $599. Im not broke but I will not spend $599 on a phone. Sorry. Please dont let me down again SE.
Maybe. This looks like it might be a winner... for me anyway. One more thing on my Christmas list.
Oh really! Now I must get one!
I dont like pink but this looks nice. I already have a 60gb PS3 so if Im gonna buy another PS3 its gonna be the GT5 bundle with a Logitech GT race wheel.
I understand companies want to make money off of accessories but this is not the way to do it. Plus isnt the PSPGo suppose to be lite and compact for even easier on the gaming? This attachment has the opposite affect and un... I cant even continue. I love the PLAYSTATION brand but this is shite!

Total FAIL!
If you have to decide when and which phone your mom should get then shes probably not gonna care anymore about the Pre 2 than about the Pre. Just get her the Pre now and let her start enjoying this smart phone now.

waiting for the next big thing = tech geeks

getting what you want now = everyone else
Thanks for the tip Kev... I mean "SnowAndMowMN".(wink wink;)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
