I agree Bears Fan...I just saw my last bill here in NJ had gone up a bit but I have not received anything for it. How about showing jersey some love and give us all of the channels that everyone else has received. Last time I counted I had 25 hd channels. pathetic
I like how they keep raising my rates but they do not do anything for me. All I want is more HD channels to suffice for the higher rates. I don't get how some areas get lots of new HD channels weekly, some get a few channels, and in my area (union county nj) we have not received one since they got rid of nfl hd and put sny hd in its place back in march. Its funny. I was paying $130 a month with HBO Starz and Showtime. I decided to get netflix instead of paying for channels that I do not watch and when I lowered my plan to just get HBO they were like "oh your going to save a lot more money now" I was like yea I could use it. Wouldnt you know I got my bill and I saved a whopping $10 a month. I dont get how they charge $15 a premium channel but in the end i should have just kept them. I wish I could get direct tv but in my apt complex they dont allow it..
I thought that on 5/15 those of us in north jersey were supposed to get 9 new hd channels?...way to drop the ball comcast.
I got comcast and I get the NFL network for FREE!!...well not really since my cable bill is like 100 a month but I get it in HD for free but I have to pay for it if I want the non HD version. Yea I'll get right on that.
Have you ever had verizon service. It is defiantly the best service around. Barely ever dropped calls. If you havent noticed, their service is catered to businesses and business people alike. Yes they do have phones that cater to everyone but they were based on the work force ever since they were bell atlantic before they became verizon. Sprint is just horrible as I have had them before. I have also had cingular/celluar one and I also had T-mobile/Voice Stream. So i think that i know what im talking about.

If you want a phone that has a lot of features but rarely gets any service than go to t-mobile and cingular. If you want a phone that gets great service (plans are a little higher tho cause it caters to that clientel) then go to verizon.

Who cares if cingular has the iphone? If you want to spend 600 bucks on a phone that could possibly die in 10 months due to apple's great non replaceable battery then go for it.
I have one question to ask...why is it so important that apple made an ipod phone. oops sorry i mean an iphone? I mean are you willing to plunk down as much as $600 bucks for an 8 gig phone that will be obsolete before your 2 year contract is up? I have an ipod and love it but some of these products that have come out are useless.

Doesnt jobs rememer the ill faded motorokr. Granted it did have itunes with a 100 song limit but once the nostalgia wore off no one really cared for it. How many people need a phone that is a computer, and plays tv shows and movies. isnt the point of a phone to be a PHONE? Not to mention it is on one of the worst cell providers. If Jobs was smart he would have just came out with a "real" widescreen ipod with bluetooth headphones and called it a day
I am not suprised that motorola is making another phone that looks like the razr. The razr is horrible, and breaks easily. Would be nice if they could come up with a new design for once. But, I guess if the design works then run with it and dont look back.
Looks like they will be verizon phones (or atleast the 8400 will be). If you look at the arrows when you flip the phone open it has the get it now icon.
I have had sirius for a while now. And it is amazing. Way better than xm is. I had xm for a couple of months and it had crappy reception. I hate regular radio so i decided to go to sirius and its so much better. The channels are pretty much the same although i do wish sirius had the baseball package but whatever.

I think the new sportster looks a lot better then the sportster replay. You can tell its a lot smaller and thinner. Yes xm had this idea years ago but whatever. Everyone copies off of eachother.

The 170 price tag is a little steep for a remake of another model that has the same technology in it but i will probably get it because i have the starmate replay and i didnt want it in the first place.
a guy in one of my weekend classes helped design the moto q.. he brought it in to show us and it is truely amazing. he said that in the u.s. it will only be available to verizon. that is great news for us with verizon
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
