So while answering any question I play a little song in my head and the activity monitor goes absolutely nuts. Good luck finding a non active pattern when someone does that
So how about we all just use Skype?
"No one has ever considered the Germans smart anyway"
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Are you serious? Have you even looked at history?

Space program anyone?... A-Bomb?... Medicine? Physics? Mathemathics?

Not to mention they nearly wooped all the world's behinds in WW2 when they were evil. (a war that was only won thanks to the intervention of the US)

Would you like to reevaluate your comment?
THOSE ARE NOT DRIFTING CARS! Jesus! Holywood is at it again.

"And NASCAR does require skill. Try driving 400 or 500 miles in one direction for hours on end. "
I think everybody is America and Europe whose gone on a long trip has done it yet I don't think I could run LeMans or Paris-Dakkar
The Dune miniseries in 2000 simply blew away the 1984 version. It's taken the place as number one adaptation in my heart.

(if you don't know what I'm talking about find it somehow and see it - it's worth it)
It's FUGLY!
It looks like it just came out of a Jean-Claude Van Damme movie.
You should visit the SIAB autoshow in Romania. There are more chicks than you can count at that show.

If you want to get an idea about what I mean just do a google image search for SIAB (just like that in capital letters). The pictures with chicks and cars will most likely be from the 2005 edition
500kW... that's something like 670 HP. Wow... I'd like to see that in the hands of the average driver. Imagine the number of accidents.

Furthermore: gesture recognition at the wheel? What is that going to do? Figure out when you went "oh no!" closed your eyes and took your hands of the wheel like a moron?
Functionality? That's simple:
1. Control - I build all kinds of stuff and most of it is computer controlled. If I'm in my lab I would love to have something lighter tied to a desktop capable of running the high power apps that eat battery on a laptop and allows me to control the machines.
2. Display - in the lab I can review the designs when I'm right next to the robot and not walk back and forth. If I'm in the kitchen cooking something I can use it do display recipes and if an e-mail/IM comes through I can read it realtime and respond while never leaving the kitchen. and more

All that in an easy light package cheaper than a tablet PC.

Where do I buy it?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
